Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out, up to 3:00 PM, may be offered for an additional fee; requests are handled by the front desk on the day of check-out and can’t be guaranteed.

Early check-in may be honored based on availability of the guest room but cannot be guaranteed. Additional fees apply; the front desk handles early check-in requests.

You must be 21 years or older to check into Texican Court. Valid identification is required at check-in.

Your reservation will be held until midnight with the credit card provided when confirming your reservation. If you’ll arrive after midnight, please contact the hotel directly so we can update your reservation.

Texican Court operates as a cashless hotel: all transactions throughout the property are conducted via credit card, debit card, or contactless payment. A $50 daily incidental fee is charged at check-in and refunded within 3–5 business days if unused.

911 may be reached directly from the guest room phone. The front desk staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Texican Court provides a garment steamer in each room. Irons and ironing boards are available upon request. Please contact the front desk.

Yes. Your first package, arriving within one week of your stay and under 25 lbs, is free. Additional packages are $5 each, and storage beyond a week is $5 per week. Additional fees may be assessed for large or heavy packages, pallets, and/or skids. Contact the front desk at 469.577.4599 for assistance.

All portrait sessions or photoshoots with professional camera equipment of any kind must be scheduled through the sales department and are subject to availability and fees.

Cancellation is required 48 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise noted on special event dates. One night’s room and tax is charged if a reservation isn’t cancelled within that window. Non-refundable and pre-paid reservations are excluded from this policy.

Bookings or reservations of ten guest rooms or more are considered a Group booking and must go through our Group Sales Department.

Reserved rooms may not be resold to a third party. Please refer to your catering or sales agreement.

Requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Contact the front desk before your arrival; accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

King guest rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests. Double-bedded rooms accommodate up to four. Suites accommodate a maximum of four. Celebrations or parties exceeding these limits are not permitted.

Double occupancy is limited to two adults. Additional adults will result in added fees.

Overnight guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms.

All guest rooms include a full-size non-locking SMEG refrigerator with a stocked honor bar. Microwaves are not included in guest rooms.

Yes, pets are allowed in designated rooms. A non-refundable pet fee and pet waiver are required at check-in. Service animals as defined by the ADA are always welcome; emotional support animals are subject to the regular pet fee.

The pet fee is $150 per pet, non-refundable. Two pets maximum, with a weight limit of 70 pounds per pet. Service animals are exempt from fees.

Smoking is only permitted in the open-air designated areas outside the hotel. A cleaning fee applies for smoking in guest rooms.

Self-parking is available for a fee, based on availability. Valet parking, when available, is $15 daily and $18 overnight, plus taxes and gratuity.

Yes, a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night, and a destination fee of $18 per room, per night. The destination fee covers high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour gym access, shuttle service within three miles, and concierge service.

Approximately 10 miles and 15–20 minutes from DFW International Airport, and approximately 10 miles and 20–25 minutes from Dallas Love Field, depending on traffic.

Texican Court does not offer an airport shuttle. The DART Orange Line runs to DFW Terminal A for $2.50, or a taxi is roughly $25–30 to DFW and $20–30 to Love Field.
