Q. What is the check-in and check-out time at Texican Court?
A. The check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Q. What is the minimum age required to check into the hotel?
A. The minimum age required for check-in is 21. Valid identification will be required.
Q. Reservation Confirmations, Deposit, Guarantee Policy
A. Reservation confirmations are sent automatically within two hours of completing a reservation. All reservations require a credit card to hold the booking.
Bookings or reservations of ten (10) rooms or more are considered a group booking. See Details.
Reserved rooms may not be resold to a third party. See Details.
Q. Are there any additional fees at Texican Court?
A. Yes, there is a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night, and a destination fee of $18 per room, per night.
Q. What is included in the $18 Nightly Destination Fee at Texican Court?
  • $18 credit toward dining at Two Mules Cantina, Salt Tequila Bar, or in-room dining.
  • High-speed Wi-Fi and 24-hour gym access.
  • Complimentary shuttle service within a 3-mile radius.
  • Concierge service provided by the Texican Court front desk.
Q. Facilities for guests with disabilities
A. There are 7 accessible rooms (2 Classic rooms and 5 Deluxe rooms) adapted for physically challenged guests and fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Raised toilet seats and shower chairs are available upon request through Housekeeping.
Q. Requests for Connecting or Adjoining Rooms
A. The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms (king to double/double configuration). Requests must be made in advance, are subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed. Assignments are made at check-in. To request a connecting room, contact the hotel front desk prior to arrival.
Q. Pet Policy
  • Texican Court allows pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and designated public areas. A pet fee and waiver are required at check-in.
  • What is the pet fee? $150 per pet, non-refundable.
  • Number of pets allowed: Maximum of two pets.
  • Weight or breed limits: Yes, pets must be under 70 pounds each.
  • Service animals are welcome as defined by the ADA — animals specifically trained to perform a task for a person with a disability.
  • Please note: Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and III of the ADA, and are subject to regular pet fees.

Q. Parking Policy
A. Self-parking is available for a fee and subject to availability. Valet parking may also be available based on hotel occupancy. Valet cost: $15 daily, $18 overnight, plus taxes and gratuity.

Texican Court is not responsible for damage caused by fire, storm, theft, or vandalism. Vehicles must be registered. Claims for valet damage must be reported before leaving the property. Parking at Texican Court constitutes acceptance of these terms.
