Q. Check In time and Check Out time
A. Check in time is 3:00pm and Check out time is 12:00pm.

Q. What is the minimum age required to check Into the hotel?
A. The minimum age required for check is 21. Valid identification will be required. 

Q. Reservation Confirmations, Deposit, Guarantee Policy
A. Reservation confirmations - sent automatically within two hours of reservation being completed; Guarantee/Deposit Policy – all reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation.
Bookings or reservations of ten (10) rooms or more is considered a Group booking. See Details.
Reserved rooms may not be resold to a third party. See Details.

Q. Are there any additional fees at Texican Court?
A. Yes, there is a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night.

Q. Facilities for guest with Disabilities
A. There are 7 (2 Classic rooms & 5 Deluxe rooms) rooms at the hotel, which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.

Q. Requests for Connecting or Adjoining Rooms
A. The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms in king to double/double configuration. Requests for connecting rooms must be made in advance, are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and, if available, are assigned at check-in. To request a connecting or adjoining room, contact the front desk at the hotel directly prior to arrival day. The hotel will do its best to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee them.

Q. Pet Policy
A. Texican Court does allow pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and designated public areas.  Pet fee and waiver are required at check-in. See details.
Service animals are welcome. We follow the ADA's definition of a Service Animal: an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person. Disabilities include physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disabilities. 
Please note: Emotional Support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are subject to pet fees and waivers at check-in. 
Q. Parking Policy
A. Self-parking is available for a fee and is based on availability. All vehicles must register and are subject to parking fees. Valet parking may also be available on certain days/times based on hotel occupancy. The cost for valet parking is $12 daily and $15 overnight, plus taxes and gratuity.
