Las Colinas built its own canal system, and Mandalay Canals is where it shows off: gondola rides, dinner cruises and a stretch of Lake Carolyn made for stand-up paddleboarding when the gondola line’s too long. It’s the most unexpected thing within walking distance of the hotel, and very much on purpose.
